What we keep, and what we don't.
Unmarked Route LLC is an Ohio company that builds sales tools (AI outreach agents and a field-sales app) for outside sales teams. Privacy is one of our rules, not an afterthought.

This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, for security and reliability.
When you contact us
We use what you send us, such as your name, email, phone number and message, to reply and to do business with you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for anyone's marketing.
Payments
When you pay online, Stripe processes the payment on its own pages. We get a confirmation and limited details, such as the card brand and last four digits, but never your full card or bank numbers. Stripe's privacy policy covers what you give Stripe.
Our clients' data
Each client's data is governed by that client's agreement with us:
- It is used only to provide that client's service, never for another client.
- Our agents use a third-party AI model service to do their work. Each client's agreement says so in plain words.
- No patient health information is handled unless a Business Associate Agreement is signed first.
- When an agreement ends, we delete that client's data on written request, except copies the law requires us to keep.
- If our agent comes across anything personal in a mailbox, it ignores it. It is never stored and never reported.
If our outreach reached you
Our agents contact people on behalf of the companies we work for. If you'd rather not hear from us, or from a client we work for, reply "stop" or call us. We'll add you to that client's do-not-contact list.
